Private Yoga Session - Personal or Partner
This is an asana class (physical postures) that includes a short meditation and light breathwork. First time clients must book a 90 minute session to allow for intake. We will then determine a flow based on your needs, (dis)abilities + personal goals (physical + emotional). This is a physical and mindfulness healing practice with fitness and emotional benefits. No experience necessary!
Partner sessions can involve paired postures or parallel postures, depending on the pair's goals. Great for friends, couples, and anyone looking to improve communication.
Please note: Standard mileage charges apply for a distance beyond 5 miles and a $15 per-hour charge applies for commute timebeyond 30 minutes one way.
